Testing Leads
Job Description:
* Total experience of 5+ yrs with 1/2 yrs experience in team leading
* Should be a team player and be able to handle team and work, independently.
* Should be able to handle client communication independently.
* Ability to work on Multiple projects concurrently
* Experience in providing test status reports
* Should have good knowledge of test tools- Test Director or Quality Center
* Should be good in test documentation like test plan, test strategy, testing process etc
* Good knowledge of test life cycle and defect life cycle.
* Fair knowledge of database with good command over data query language (SQL)
* Experience in Telecom Domain and Telecom Provisioning Systems are preferred
* Candidates with experience on Sigma Testing Platform are preferred
* Candidates with B1 visa are preferred
Candidate Profile:
* Proficiency in conducting reviews or work products created at various stages of projects.
* Ability to Multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with all departments and levels within the organization
* Highly organized and detail-oriented.
* Must be proficient in estimation and project planning and management. Awareness of formal methods of estimation will be an advantage.
* Must have excellent communication and Team management skills.
NOTE:- Candidates with 5+ years of relevant experience in testing will be eligible for interview.

Testing Professionals (Manual)
Job Description
* Test Engineers with 3-5 years of experience
* Should be good in analytical skills
* Good knowledge of testing process and Test Tools - Test Director or Quality Center
* Should be good in Test Scenario identification, creation of test cases
* Good knowledge of test life cycle and defect life cycle.
* Fair knowledge of database with good command over data query language (SQL)
* Domain knowledge of CRM, CSM, Billing, collection, web services are preferred.
* Candidates with B1 visa are preferred
Candidate Profile
* Ability to work in team and handle pressure and demands.
* Ability to Multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with all departments and levels within the organization
* Highly organized and detail-oriented.
* Must possess effective verbal & written communication skills.
NOTE:- Candidates with 3+ years of experience in Manual Testing on the testing tools mentioned in the JD will be eligible for interview.
