Job Description

Handling inbound and outbound calls from UK/US/AUS Customers. We have more than 15 clients and we also conduct inhouse interviews everyday for all the companies. Candidates interested can walkin with their cv and photograph btwn 11-4 pm.

Desired Profile Qualification : HSC Fresher, HSC with Minimum 6 months Experience, Any Graduate Fresher

Age :- 18- 45 Yrs


Position : Customer care Executive / Tech Support Executive


Compensation: 11 K - 30 K + Incentives + Joining Bonus (40000K) + Retention Bonus (25000K)

Location : Central Line Thane - Kalyan (Ambernath)
Harbour Line Vashi (Koperkhairne)
Western Suburbs Virar - Churchgate

On call Support
Inbound voice Process
UK , US & Australian Shifts

Required:

Excellent Communication Skills, SSC with 21 Yrs of Age; Undergraduate fresher; Undergraduate with minimum 6months of Experience OR fresher graduate
