Job Description
• Responsible for managing the financial analysis of several areas including month-end accruals and forecasts.
• Responsible for preparation of budgets/ forecasts.
• Provide various ad hoc analyses to the business under challenging time frames
• Transition work from UK/ Europe and ensure effective delivery from India.
• Identify, design and enable/manage process improvement initiatives for increased efficiency
• Relationship building and strengthening with senior management across geographies
• Act as points of contact between geographies for assimilating and analysing any management information
• Ability to identify and conceptualise small systems requirement and work with Systems teams for end to end implementation

Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications and Experience

• Qualified accountant with a minimum of 2-3 years experience in an analytical role
• Sound financial concepts, knowledge of accounting principles
• Excellent presentation skills and the ability to deal with very senior people in the organisation
• Demonstrate advanced knowledge on financial analytical techniques

Skills & Experience

• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Access
• Basic knowledge of the Microsoft Office software packages
• Knowledge of Hyperion / JD Edwards would be an added advantage
