Designation Servicedesk

Job Description

Worked with Service Desk tools such as HP Servicedesk, Remedy etc.,
Receiving incoming calls from customers and creates incident Records
Questioning as well as probing as relevant to the issue and level of the caller
Monitors & reviews system, event, security & error logs
Provides status on progress in a timely and proactive manner.
Provide follow up IT support to end users to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.
Good Communication Skills required.
