-Manage a team for development of large .NET based Web 2.0 Portal
-Must have experience of using at least one CMS
-Must be able to motivate and inspire the team to deliver highest quality
-Regular project related technical Client interactions

Desired Candidate Profile
-Proven experience with .NET, C#, MSSQL 2005
-Proven experience of working directly with the clients.Relation management
-Computer Science background a must
-Must be able to work under tight deadlines and be able to inspire the team to deliver
