Job Description
Ensure Time bound Design, Develop, Implement effectively & scientifically the Tools (Diagnostics, Assesment, Analysis, Delivery & Return on Learning Investment(ROLI) evaluation),Content and Processes for Learning/Needs of Internal and External Customers

Desired Candidate Profile
Responsibilities: Designing the appropriate Learning Need Analysis model as per the needs of the Internal and External Customer.
Conduct the training Need Survey and Assessment and said customer as per the designed processes.
Evaluate the learning Gap, Needs and Assess the same with active coordination with the said customer.
Conceive, Design and Develop the Train the Trainer tools and certification content and processes.
Assist the Learning & Development Head for development of business and market research.
Ensure time bound implementation of LNAP processes.
Responsible for: Interface with the customers on implementation and coordination on all aspects of design, Development and implementation of the LNAP.
Coordinate and support the account Manager on all business goals.
Vendor management and process implementation with the regard to procurement, printing and research tools.
