Job Description

We are looking professionals for the following requirements for our Infrastructure Services division-

Network Monitoring Centre -
Atleast 2-3 years of experience in network support or related process ,CCNA Certified ,Operational knowledge on LAN and WAN concepts and on Basic Carrier Technology
Mainframes -
Monitor the batch cycle jobs, JES2 & JES3 console messages using Various Scheduling tools like CA7, Zeke, OPC, and Jobtrac ,Restarts of abends as per Request using CA11/Zebb/Jobtrac ,Basic Understanding of Mainframe Subsystems Like TSO IPSF,CICS,DB2 and good working knowledge of JCL
Midrange -
Monitor the batch cycle jobs, UAJM 4.5 console messages using Various Scheduling tools like UAJM, IBM Tivoli Batch Support,Basic Understanding of UAJM 4.5.,Be able to work with problems related to L1 Support.
Backup -
Monitoring & handling Backup Failures ,24x7 Proactive monitoring of backups through Netbackup Java Console ,Manual Monitoring for Arcserve ,Tickets Handling for Restorations , Decommission & other requests ,Monitoring Documentation and Reporting Services
Desired Profile Candidate should have 2 to 4years of work experience.Candidate should be graduate ( BE/ BTech/ MCA/ B.Sc./BCA /Polytechnic Diploma holders) with excellent academic background.Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills.Should be open to work in Shifts (in 24X7 environment).Candidates who match with the job profile and above criteria can directly come for the interview with the hardcopy of their cv at below mentioned venue - Date : Sunday, 11th January, 2009
