Job Code: G01
Designation: General Manager / Dy. General Manager - Projects
The preferred candidate should be a Graduate Engineer (Mech. / Civil / Elec.) with 15-20 years experience in project erection and commissioning activities, and must be with WTG projects for minimum 10 years. Must be familiar with various approvals and procedures required to execute the project and well-versed with Civil foundation, Electrical structure, EHT/HT line installations. Should be willing to travel and stay at Project sites. Able to lead a team of Civil, Mechanical and Electrical Engineers. Also take responsibility for monitoring performance of the contractors. Co-ordinating supply of O & M parts. Must be having a strong attitude towards timely completion of the projects.

Designation: Senior Manager - Projects
The preferred candidate should have minimum 10-12 years experience with the above mentioned skill set.

Designation: General Manager (Chennai) / DGM-Operations & Maintenance (Sites)
The preferred candidate should be a Graduate Engineering (Mech. / Civil / Elec.) with 15-20 years experience in Operations & Maintenance of Wind Turbine Generators. Must be well-versed with Planning, Scheduling and Controlling of O & M activities. Possess a high spirit towards customer satisfaction and ability to handle and motivate own team members. Must be familiar with AMC contractual procedures. Should have demonstrated abilities in achieving cost saving methods and 100% availability of the machines during high wind season.

Designation: Senior Manager - Operations & Maintenance
The preferred candidates should have minimum 10-12 years experience with the above mentioned skill set.

Designation: General Manager - Nacelle (Silvassa)
The preferred candidate should be an Engineer with minimum 15-20 years working experience in manufacturing Nacelle units. Will be responsible for Production, Quality, Material Co-ordination, Safety, Contract work management and manpower planning.

Designation: GM-Tower Manufacturing (Silvassa)
The preferred candidate should be a Mechanical Engineer with minimum 15-20 years working experience. Must have hands on experience in Heavy Engineering Fabrication especially Wind Mill Towers. Candidates must be conversant with ACME sections and NDT procedures, able to control a group of engineers and a large sub-contract workforce.

Designation: General Manager - Finance (Silvassa)
The preferred candidate should be a CA with minimum 12 years post qualification experience in manufacturing industries. Must be well-versed in entire gamut of finance and accounting functions. Knowledge in SAP is desirable.

Designation: General Manager - Technical
The preferred candidate should possess B.E. / B.Tech with 15-20 years of experience in Design and Development of Electrical and Electronics products, Power Plants / Sub-stations / Generators / Gear Boxes. Should be well-versed in Technical evaluation and Analysis of proposals, Ensuring timely feedback and implementation of new strategies for improvement / project MIS / Variance analysis / Root cause study etc. Relevant experience in Wind Energy is essential.
