Job Description
Main Purpose:
Under the general supervision of the Assistant Manager, the Associate will perform the required daily workflows of the specifically assigned function. The Associate is expected to perform their duties within the scope of their authority and within the bounds of established audit and policy controls. The regular or daily scope of individual Associates will focus on the assigned specialized areas of duties. Many Associates are expected to be cross-trained to possess a working knowledge of at least one other area of associate’s level duties. Policy or regulatory differences and discrepancies must be reported to the Assistant Manager.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include one or more of the following tasks:
• Monitoring of Trustee Summary requests through LN DB.
• Input of Trustee Summary information onto Global Plus.
• Respond to inquiries (via telephone or email) relating to account opening, closing, maintenance and trustee summary and AM strategy information.
• Input AM Strategy to additional portfolios as opened.
• Maintain web access, remittance events, client statements and fee memorandums.
• Work on special projects, as required
• Open, maintain, and close Trust, Estate, Employee Benefit, Custody and other Investment Management Accounts
• Receive/Deliver assets related to openings/closings
Cross train and cover tasks within operating unit
Verify work performed by others in department, as required

Required Education & Training :
Graduate required. Bachelor of Commerce preferred.

Experience:
Position requires 1 year in a similar line of business
Ability to work with little supervision
Ability to manage own time to meet specific deadlines
Ability to type
Good telephone manners
Professional demeanor
Proficient in Microsoft Office skills – Word, Excel
Some background in the financial industry is helpful

0-1 Year experience in Account opening, Demat,KYC etc
Need to work in Night shifts
