Job Description
The Accounting Process involving Controllership responsibilities in AP – vendor setup, audit, duplicate audit and reconciliation and reporting. Entering data into ERP application from scanned images sent by the Client and upload on workflow. Problem Resolution involves following up with the contact person through email and telephone for invoice errors, invoice holds, incomplete vouchers pending for distribution codes and all vouchers open for beyond the threshold time.
Helpdesk - Handling inbound calls to resolve customer queries related to Accounts Payable (For helpdesk profiles only)
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience in Accounts Department or Transactional AP would be preferred.
MS- Office Proficient
Excellent Communication Skill & Flency in typing
