For our Chennai location, we are seeking for enthusiastic and committed who have good communication skills and are willing to work in night shift for the following posts:

Process / Sr. Process Associates - Collections (Job No. 287281)
Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline
Industry Background: Call Centres / BPO / KPO / Financial Services (Banking, Insurance etc.) Industry
Experience:
• 0-4 years in voice based process, preferably into B2B & B2C Collections
• Excellent Communication / Negotiation skills
• Good understanding of AR Cycle, from billing to collections; Dispute resolutions and Query Management
• Call center exp is a must and exp in handling international clients is highly desirable
• Good working knowledge of MS Office

* We are also looking at hiring candidates with 1-4 years of experience with Cash Application process with experience in AR Cycle - from billing to collections and applying cash.

Experience:
• 6-12 years of overall experience in Finance and Accouting
• Strong experience in F&A Domain into AP / AR / GL
• 3-4 Years of experience in BPO / KPO into F&A
• Strong client interaction / SLA management / leadership skills
• Good people management / relationship building skills
• Powerful verbal / written / presentation / facilitation / communication / social networking skills
• Ability to work independently and proactively in a dynamic and challenging environment
