Job Description Telecom equipment testing

Desired Profile 1 Knowledge of the Network Architecture for Metro Networks based on fiber optic and copper cables using OMNS equipments

2 Knowledge of Sonet/SDH functionality - Rings , protection switching, alarms , conditions , grade of service

3 Knowledge of Ethernet- fastE 1GE/10GE. STP, RSTP, MSTP, Bridging, IGMP, Link Aggregation, quality of service( 802.1p,q,s,d)

4 Knowledge of Ethernet over Sonet- GFP, VCAT, LCAS

5 Knowledge of instruments SDH/Sonet Analyzer and Ethernet/Switching Data Network Analyzer

6 Knowledge of Provisioning Telecommunication Networks and Installation, Maintenance and operation of OMSN Equipments

7 Knowledge of network fault analysis.

Experience 2 - 6 Years

Education UG - B.Tech/B.E. - Any Specialization, Computers, Electrical, Electronics/Telecomunication
PG - Any PG Course - Any Specialization,Post Graduation Not Required,M.Tech - Any Specialization, Computers, Electrical, Electronics/Telecomunication,MCA - Computers
