Job Description:
• Will be responsible for managing training and quality of the process.
• Will be accountable on all service delivery parameters and ensuring team is performing in line with target performance metrics.
• To adhere to the quality standards as detailed in the SLA by ensuring accuracy requirements are met as per the target.
• Will be responsible to assist in managing the work queues.
• Will be responsible to assist in preparation of routine and management reports.
• To identify, facilitate and implement process improvement ideas to improve efficiency.
• To ensure ISO 9001 compliance within the processes followed.
• To ensure accurate and timely reporting to all stakeholders.

Desired Profile Desired Profile:
• Should be a Graduate. MBA (Finance) preferred.
• Should have 2 to 4 years of work experience.
• Should have prior experience in Mutual Fund / Financial or Shared Services industry
• Should have excellent communication skills

Education UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization,Graduation Not Required
PG - Any PG Course - Any Specialization,Post Graduation Not Required
