Experience in Administration, Maintaining the database , Record keeping of drawings / specifications / datasheets,Monitor the latest updates and initiate the purchase of revised / latest standards,To help engineers to create aesthetically looking proposal documents / brochures / Manuals / CD ROMs or any datas, Etc.
Desired Candidate Profile
Any Degree with Experience of 2-3 in Administration, Maintaining the database and update the database of experience, Record keeping of drawings / specifications / datasheets,Record keeping of Standards. Monitor the latest updates and initiate the purchase of revised / latest standards,To help engineers to create aesthetically looking proposal documents / brochures / Manuals / CD ROMs or any data which needs to be sent to the customer, Creation of CAPSTONE CD / Interface data , Preparation of IOMs for respective projects,Organizing the order acknowledgement and engineering changes notifications on the Slough Public Folder,Technical file development,To develop and maintain performance measuring tools, Formatting of Project File and post order tracking sheets for systems ,Contact and follow up with suppliers for vendor catalogues for system related components, Maintaining after sales & service complaints and the history. Preference for candidate who can join immediately.
