Job Description
1.Accurate submission of Daily dashboards / Backlog details / Country Heat Maps / Monthly RF submissions / Monthly functional review data/ FFG with analysis and trigger actions to be completed as per agreed timelines with management .
2. Provide proactive transparency and Communication and act as first point of escalation for all queries raised with regards to the MIS.
3. Make a robust system of Newsletters circulation, both internal & to countries
4. Ensure timely generation of reports, follow up with countries for accurate submission of input templates and timely publishing of the output reports in the intranet.
5. Analysis on the data and suggestions given to Senior Management .
6. Preparation of Presentations during Senior Management meetings.
7. Suggest and implementation of automations for process improvements.
8. Comply with all applicable Rules / Regulations / Policies of the Company and the Group Guidelines including those under ORMA framework (refer separate JD Addendum attached)
9. Comply with Group Money Laundering Prevention Policy and Procedures to the extent applicable and Reporting all suspicious Transactions to the Line Manager.
10. Comply with Group / Country KYC and adhere to the relevant Controls and Checks.

Desired Candidate Profile
1. 3.5+ Yrs expereince.
2. Any degree
3.Good experience in MIS operations ( Data analysis / mining
/ collation / Interpretation )
4.Should possess excellent MS Excel knowledge
5. To own and manage all MIS for CB, GSSC and to facilitate and deliver reports and MIS packs as appropriate in a timely manner to all concerned.
6. To do analysis on the data available as per request from Senior Management.
7. To prepare various presentation packs based on the available data.
