2 IT Recruitment & Sales Specialists with experience in Staffing and Sales.

Desired Candidate Profile
Live IT Solutions, Inc. is seeking applications for 2 Sr.Recruiters (3+ years) & 1 Business Development Manager(5+ years) positions from technical and qualified candidates with excellent communication skills, for our Offshore Operations in Hyderabad, INDIA.

The selected candidate(s) would be coordinating with our USA office & team members. This position requires candidates to work during US hours (night shift in India).

SKILLS REQUIRED

We are looking for a major contributor to provide his/her Technical Sales and Staffing expertise to our Staffing division.

Must have Sales experience with:

* Marketing and managing bench W2/H1 consultants,
* Maintaining existing accounts, Developing new Vendor/Client relationships
* Handling Agreements (NDA&MSA), Researching potential sales leads and Negotiations with prospects/clients
* Must have extensively used Web Technology for Posting Resumes on behalf of consultants on different websites.
* Must have thorough understanding of IT products&trends and experience in consulting on sourcing strategies, customer relationship management,


Must have Staffing Experience with:

* Demonstrated ability to recruit consulting resources and interacting with US clients for their job requirements.
* Extensive experience of Internet Recruiting for candidates and industry leads, pre-screening to quality potential candidates
* Lead generation by resume strip mining, client promoting advertisements (job posting, e-mail, etc.).
* Involved with online US requirement to find exact match of consultants through searching on websites.
* Must have worked with GC/ US Citizens/ TN/ EAD/H1/OPT
