Job Description
eConn is looking for Marketing genius, for our Products and IT Services in following verticals
a) 3D/ 2D Works.
b) Financial Applications.
c) B2B Applications.
d) Parsing Applications.

We expect following responsibilities
- Writing great marketing & strategic proposals, and Exelent Verbal and Written Communications.
- Able to communicate and do presentations with clients.
- Develop and run marketing programs in the US, UK, Australia and online.
- Work with Marketing/ Sales to identify and nurture leads.
- Use any and all available channels to promote our offshore development software offerings. Use our and own existing network

and clients to create new opportunities
- Demonstrable track record in sales environment
- Outstanding Client Relationship Building skills
- Ability to develop new business, negotiate and close sales
- Strong Verbal, Written Communication Skills
- A "can do" attitude that thrives in a team based environment and does whatever it takes to get the job done
- Self motivated with the ability to work under pressure and meet organisational deadlines
- able to work with Internal Technical, Quality team to deliver client satisfaction.
- Identifying various new targets
-Worked Extensively on Lead Generation using the internet

- has an in-depth understanding of online marketing & interactive market with over 1 year experience
- is highly motivated by success and lives for the challenge of the next sale and the next sale and the next sale
- is friendly, credible and honest
- can communicate effectively and have an excellent client rapport
- has a good head for business
- has established strong networks.
- creates opportunity rather than just waits for opportunity to walk on by
- knows everything must be done today
- Proven lead-generation skills with channels such as webinars, Google AdWords, direct mailers, database marketing
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- atleast 1 year of hands-on experience marketing Enterprise software services or software
- Experience with multi-national/multi-location teams prefered.
- Engineering degree and MBA preferred but not required
- Self-driven and motivated to achieve success.
- Needs to have strong verbal, written skills in English as well as good analytical and interpersonal skills
- Extensive exposure in handling Offshore clients
- Proficient in MS Office packages with an emphasis on Word, Excel and PowerPoint
