1.Should be able to schedules appointments/Meeting, receives visitors, screens calls and mail, arranges travel. Good organization.
2. Should be able to make minor administrative decisions requiring a wide knowledge of organization, policies, and practices. Good memory
3. Should be able to Coordinate and manage administrative functions and provide support and assistance to executives or upper level management.
Should be able to interact with international clients and work various office hours and travel internationally if necessary. Skype, Word, Chat, and Google Internet skills a must have.
