Taking calls and resloving the technical issues of the clients
Desired Profile:
* Education : Diploma / UG / PG (Should have studied 15 years 10 + 2 + 3). Should posses certificates.
Open University and One-Sitting/Two-Sitting Degrees are not valid.
* Experience: 0-17 months experience
* Should be willing to work in nightshift and voice process in Chennai
* Pick-up and drop and food at subsidized rates will be provided.
* Candidates should be willing to join immediately (maximum within three days from the day of selection).
* After selection they will go thro three types of training (voice, tech and client based) process and on successful completion of all the trainings, they will be absorbed into the process.
* For candidates have to sign bond for 9 months (from the date of joining)
