Job Description:
KRA:
1. To achieve individual targets fixed by the venue manager.
2. To achieve distinction of 75% in individual appraisals
3. To check and collect all relevant document from the clients and ensure issuance of the policy within a stipulated time frame.
4. To provide comprehensive financial planning advice to all the clients by introducing suitable investment products such as Bonds, post offices, MIPs etc
5. To make direct visits and generate additional business throughreferencing.
KPI:
1. Conversion rate to be maintained at 50% and above.
2. Should have issued Net Adjusted Premium of Rs70000/ - 100000/- per month.
3. Issuance rate to be maintained at 90% and above.
4. To ensure that clients are given feedback relating to their proposal within 48 Hours of the presentations.
5. To take 5 references from one family and work towards calling them in the venue.
