Job Description:
-Backoffice Job for an International KPO for a non-voice process for ecommerce domain.
-Conduct online audits of client websites as per schedule and roadmaps provided.
-Analyze & Update data and information which goes live on the site
-Process service transactions as per requirements
-Interact with clients on a daily /weekly / monthly basis
-Suggest improvements for the sub-process or for the entire process
-Require to generate and maintain reports

Skills Required:
Decent English and Communication Skills
Attention to detail
Ready to work in the SHIFT TIMINGS between 8:00am till 5:00pm-for pune and 2pm-11pm for mumbai

Job Location: Mumbai (Ghatkopar), Pune (Hinjewadi)

Qualifications:-
Non engineering graduates only

Age Bar : -Below 30 years

Job Timings: Rotational day shifts
