Job Description
Coordinate with Onshore team on various operational support issues. Setup SNMP Monitors Write perl scripts to automate the tasks. Provide production support for Microsft (NT,Win2K and Win2K3), Unix (HP and Sun) and Linux Monitor and respond to all break fix alerts on a day to day basis
# Ensure all servers are correctly monitored
# Assure errors are categorized and defined in the central Netcool monitoring system
# Support multi platform policies, standards, procedures and best practices
Desired Profile
Unix Systems Administrator
Exposure to Microsoft Windows Operating systems
Should be able to write Perl and Shell scripts
Understanding of SNMP is must.

2 - 5 Years

UG - B.Tech/B.E. - Computers
PG - Post Graduation
