Roles and responsibilities:

 Writing and presenting the information in clear and simple English
 Understanding the business systems and applications for which technical documentation/presentations is to be prepared
 Liaising with support groups and technical team to understand the technology to be described
 Proactive approach to questioning technical team and managers to clarify technical issues
 Planning the order of the information, organizing and designing the information effectively
 Setting up document standards, styles and formats, etc.
 Create courses, presentations, quizzes, and surveys as part of e-learning
 Keeping up to date with developments in information technology.

Technical Skills required:

Articulate, MS Visio, MS Office

Qualification required:
B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech/MCA (should have 60% and above across the career)
