Designation Rural sales Executive
Job Description 1. Achieving target subscriber numbers in assigned geography
2. Achieving Primary targets for Handsets & RCVs
3. Ensuring Secondary placement & target achievement for Handsets & RCVs
4. Through Distributor Sales Representatives continuously provide On-Job-Training to DSR team
5. Evaluate & seek to improve distribution of Open Market Handsets in coordination with distributors of other vendors (Nokia/Motorola etc.)
6. Constant focus & increasing distribution width & depth for Handsets & RCVs
7. Ensuring a high level of merchandising excellence including the use of signages & POS with a view to territory visibility leadership against competition
8. Monitoring the performance of distributors preferred retailers & take corrective actions
Desired Profile The candidates should be
(i) MBA/Graduate
(ii) 2-5 years of experience in sales preferably in rural areas
(iii) Exposure to channel sales / distribution in a service industry is a must.
(iv) Must be locationally mobile within West Bengal ; ready to be located in rural areas.
