Job Description
• Planning product ranges and preparing sales and stock plans.
• Liaisoning with analysts, vendors, stores & suppliers.
• Producing layout plans for stores.
• Forecasting profits, planning budgets and presenting sales figures for new and existing ranges.
• Controlling stock levels based on forecasts for the season.
• Analyzing every aspect of the best and worst sellers (for example, the best selling price points, colors or styles).
• Taking action to reduce prices or set promotions as necessary.
• Gathering information relating to the customer reaction to products.
• Negotiating with vendors
• Meeting with suppliers, identifying production and supply difficulties and managing the distribution of stock.

Desired Candidate Profile
• Post Graduation in Business Management / Retail Management / Merchandising Management.
• Should have 2-6 yrs of relevant experience in Retail / FMCG Industry.
