Job Description:
- Experience working for Helpdesk and Application Support based projects.
- Good Technical knowledge in generic applications
- Aspiration to learn new applications and troubleshoot the same with quick turn around time
- Provide and maintain information on policies and procedures to the customers
- Data Maintenance and providing administrative tasks like policy mapping, providing access and access control, login credential creation and password reset.. So on and So forth
- Ability to act quickly on issues and requests associated with business needs
- Experience with application implementation and support procedures
- Ability to prioritize and facilitate assignments with minimal supervision
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and support special project needs
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Access & PowerPoint
- Provide assistance to professionals by answering Global Support inquiries via a mailbox
- Record escalations via the call management system Remedy
- Remedy ticket reporting
- Production issues management tracking
- Adds/Changes/Deletes via Administration Screens
- Research new entities for potential addition into a central database using external data sources
- Management of global mailboxes
- Good writing and communication skills.

Candidate Profile:
- To provide quality and timely, technical/ helpdesk support for all applications used by the customer.
- Have to maintain day to day working relationship with customer's internal departments to close the technical issues w.r.t applications.
- Liaise with Global ITS groups.
- Good Communication Skill.
- Non Voice Process.
