• Candidate would be initially exposed to QuEST procedures & practices, Customer standards & products.
• The Candidate would be working for different in-house projects of QuEST Manufacturing unit which caters to the needs of global and prestigious customers in different domains.
• They should be flexible enough and deliver the quality output as per customer specifications.

Eligibility Criteria:
• Fresher :2007-08 Pass outs
• Diploma from Mechanical stream
• The candidate should maintain a consistency of an aggregate of 60% and above in all 10th, 12th and/or diploma course...
Selection Criteria:
• Suitable Candidates would be called for a written test which comprises of both technical and aptitude questions, selected candidate will be called for technical interview.
• If the candidate is through in the technical interview, will have to face HR round of interview.

Pls Note:

• The Engineers would be on probation for a period of 6 months.
• During the probation period one would be gauged on the performance and the decision to regularize would solely depend on performance. A stipend of Rs.5000/- would be paid during this period.
• Offered candidates should be ready to work in shift system.
• The selected candidate will have to join us within one week of time from the date of offer
