Job Description:
• Desktop Engineer with Remote support experience back ground, who are well versed with handling and resolving calls over phone.
• Tools knowledge is must and min 18 to 24 months experience.
Candidate Profile:
Must have high communication skills, (active listening skills)
Must be able to articulate and speak with clear voice
Must be diplomatic and must have interpersonal skills
Must have sufficient writing techniques (English)
Must have sufficient phone techniques (English)
Must posses ITIL knowledge
Experience: 2 - 4 Years
