Job Description:
Handling Trouble Tickets in the form of Calls/Online Requisitions/ Emails / Voice Mails.
To maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries and adhere to all service management principles.
To take ownership of user problems and be proactive when dealing with user issues.
To log all calls on the call logging system.
Candidate Profile:
Person needs to be Open to work in 24X7 Environment.
Should be willing to learn under pressure situations
Team Player, high in confidence
Excellent Communication Skills
Should possess good time management Skills. (Multi Tasking)
Experience: 1-3 Years
Walk-In Date: 15-23 Jan 2009 (Sat & Sun weekly offs) | 2-5 PM
