Team Member - Voice Process
Job Description:
Collects payments from delinquent customers, arranges repayment plans, and mitigates losses whenever possible prior to foreclosure on A paper loans only.
Eligibility:
1 (A) A graduate from a recognized university in any stream or 12+3 years total education (Preferably from the commerce background). OR
(B) 12 years of education with at least 1 year of documented work experience post last qualification. Preferably, 12 months experience in a customer service role or a call centre. OR
© 10 years of school education + 3 years diploma or partial completion of college graduation / BMS with around 1 year of documented work experience post last qualification
2. Typing speed up to 30 wpm with 95% accuracy
3. Excellent written & verbal communication skills
4. Flexibility to work in night shifts
