*Troubleshooting Technical issues relating to Operating Systems, Hardware and networking technologies to US Customer
*Providing Quality customer support
*Shift will be during the night
*Willing to work in International Time Zones

Interested candidate can walk - in for an Interview between 10 am to 5 pm on Week days and meet Ramya

Desired Profile:
*Handling inbound client calls and troubleshooting their technical queries
*Good at client interaction and listening skill
*Willing to work in International Time Zones
*Freshers or candidates with relevant experience of about 6-18 Months are also welcome
