Job Description:

1. Will identify, match candidates skills & levels of expertise with client requirements, place the existing consultants to different client requirements.
2. Extensive Marketing skills.

Desired Candidate Profile
Desired Skills :

1. Should have 0 - 1.5 years of experience.
2. Min 6 months of experience in IT staffing .
3. Should have experience in dealing with clients / vendors for the purpose of sud-contracting.
4. Candidates should have the excellent track record in the placement of consultants in US Market.
5. Should have an existing data of vendors and “should hit the ground running”.
6. Willing to work in night shift (US timings).
7. Excellent communication skills.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Must market our bench consultants on a project.
2. Must have 5,000 - 10,000 vendor / client contacts.
3. Rate negotiations.
4. Knowledge on Cbiz (Staffing tools) is preferable.
