Team Leaders-Graphic Designing
- Should posses 6 months to 2 years experience in leadership role in Graphic Designing field preferably for Yellow Pages.

- Take creative responsibility for all creative work
- Ensure that the team delivers quality service to our clients, that accuracy and time standards are consistently met
- Manage client business process and identify areas for continued improvement
- Ensure that the team is an effective resource for the client and for other teams
- Should do Manpower planning, job scheduling, leading and motivating the employees to higher levels of performance.
- manage and direct production teams
- should identify and nurture creative talent
- to develop an understanding of quality among the team
- oversee a number of creative designers
- Maintain extensive contact with clients and serve as the key resource for day today issues.
- Should have the ability to drill into details
- Should posses excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to present complex issues/data with a high level of clarity and impact.
