- Communicate via phone/ email/ web with insurance companies (for AR)
- Understand payment cycles and negotiate with representatives (for AR)
- Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits
- Work with multiple software systems and develop and analyze reports

- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Flawless phone skills (for AR)
- Demonstrable experience (at least 1 year) within the medical billing industry
- Strong comfort with XL and MS Office products
