In case Candidates with Post Gradate Degree/ Diploma are not available in a particular Specialty, those without Post Graduate Qualification having atleast 2 Years experience after MBBS, out of which 1 years Junior Residency experience from a Government Hospital/ Recognized Hospital in the concerned Specialty, shall be considered.
Emoluments: Rs. 25,350/- Plus other allowances as admissible under the rules. In case of P.G. Diploma holders the amount shall be reduced by Rs. 600/- pm and the same will be reduced by Rs. 1,210/- pm in case of candidate without Diploma/ Degree qualification. Total employments including all allowances for P.G degree holders per Month will be approximately Rs. 40,000/-
Contract will be for a period of 3 Years only from the date of appointment subject to satisfactory work report from time to time.
The number of posts are likely to increase/ decrease as per requirement at the time of interview. Reservation of posts is as per Central Government Rules.
Other Terms:
1. Selected candidates will have no claim for regularization of the services in the hospital.
2. As per SR Scheme.
3. The selected candidates have to deposit security amount of Rs. 4,000/- through Banker Cheque/ Demand drat, Drawn in favour of ESI Found A/ C No. 1 Payable at State Bank of India, Rajainagar, Vth Block, Bangalore.
4. The selected candidates have to do posit security amount of Rs. 4,000/- through Banker Cheque/ Demand Draft, Drawn in favour of ESI Fund A/ c No. 1 Payable at State Bank of India. Rajaijnagar, Vth loci, Bangalore.
5. Hostel accommodation/ quarters will not be provided.
6. The Senior Resident to wear own While coat with name late during the duty hours.

10. The doctors at any time found guilty of any gross misconduct or negligent of his duties may be terminated without any notice or payment in lieu of notice period.

12. The absences from work for a period of fifteen days without proper permission of the compartment authority will amount to voluntary abandonment of engagement and no further order of disengagement shall be necessary.
