Job Description
The candidates will be required to resolve queries of customers regarding ticketing / reservation / tours etc.
Making reservations on Amadeus / Abacus / Worldspan. Follow up with the customers.

Desired Candidate Profile
1-2 years of experience in travel industry. Freshers from travel schools and / or IATA UFTAA qualified can also be considered.
Excellent communication skills and a team player with a passion for travel.
Candidates will be required to work in shifts.
