Financial Planning Manager

Job Description-
· He has to go on field or do calls and sale the life insurance policies.
· During training period he has to generate leads from his natural market.
· Later on leads will also be generated by the Tele callers of the principle company.
· It’s a pure field work and sales profile.
· Reporting to their respective deputy sales manager.

Profile Description-
· Any fresh graduate from any stream/ having sales background.
· Should be localite of Pune.
· Good communication skills, confident, presentable, aggressive.

Deputy Sales Manager

Job Description-
· Handling a team of 4 Financial Planning Manager’s.
· Achieving My personal & teams target as defined time to time.
· Selling Life Insurance services to potential client according to their need & requirements.
· Generation & Allocation of Leads to FPM’s.
· Daily field tracking and analysis of FPM’s performance on field.
· Motivating FPM’s and supporting them in achievement of their target
· Accompanying FPM’s for Field Observation and Demonstration of sales process.
· Generating Business through corporate presentation and marketing activities.
· Developing relations with existing HNI clients and generating further business opportunities.

Profile Description-

· Any Graduate having at least 1 yr sales exp in life insurance background.
· Should be localite of Pune.
· Good communication skills, confident, presentable, aggressive.

Sales Manager

Job Description-
· Candidate should be graduate from any stream.
· They should have experience in sales for at least 2-3yrs Achieve desired sales targets through Direct/Retail/Corporate Sales.
· They should be aware of local areas.
· They should have a good natural market.
· Good command over English.
· Potential to do sales.
· They should be presentable and matured enough to handle a team of 15-20 advisors under him.
· Age limit is 24-34yrs.
· Can be promoted to Sr. Sales Manager on good performance after 1 year.

Profile Description-
· Sales Manager is a person who has recruits a team of 20-30 advisors / sales associates under him.
· They have to manage them, guide them, trained them so that they bring good business to him.
· It is partially a Sales job and partially managerial job.
· They will report to the Branch Sales Manager / Branch Manager.
· They need to recruit advisors from natural market.
· Natural market means the people whom they know for e.g.; his friends, neighbors, relatives so on.

· Working closely with concerned people on various projects, including developing an effective TM/DM capability for MNYL Effectively deploying R & R for the proprietary sales force

Desired qualifications and experience:
