- Browsing through the clientele websites.
- Timely and accurate categorization of customer feedback
- Understanding changing requirements and managing customer expectations
- Maintaining regular client communication

Shift Timings:-
- 2:00 PM to 11:00PM & 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM [Rotational timings]

Skills Required:-
- Good Communication Skills
- Basic Excel skills
