.NET/Microsoft
C#, VB.NET and ASP.NET, .NET Framework, Visual Studio .NET, ADO, Web Services, T-SQL, VBScript, Experience with SQL Server Management Studio, DTS and/or SSIS

Java / J2EE
Java (Server Side Java programming), JSP, Servlet, Struts (1.1 & 1.2), Any Application Server
Nice to have:
Oracle, JDBC, SQL, PL/SQL, JMX, SiteMesh, AJAX
