Job Description
The candidate will join the organisation and will be routed thru' different deparments of the organisation for a thorough understanding of them and will afterwards be posted to either at Global HQs or Emerging Market centre abroad . The incumbent will work as a global resource in the HR function for the MNC.

Desired Candidate Profile
HR personnel with 1 - 2 Yrs of Experience in HR function . Candidates from XLRI /TISS 06 or 07 batch who have undergone 2 Yrs full time course only apply.
