Assist the Training Manager in identifying employee learning and development needs through most appropriate methods
Have continuous updates on the current market trends
with respect to learning & people development & implementing them aggressively in Goodrich India
Facilitate Learning culture across the Organization for appropriate Talent Management.
Performance Management.
New hire induction & Orientation.
Competency Mapping.
Employee confirmation.
Conducting Exit Interviews & Analysing the feedbacks
