Desired Profile
He should have implemented clustering – preferably on HP’s “Polyserve” platform.
Strong in performance tuning and laying out ‘database’ standards.
Should understand housekeeping, data modeling, entity relationships, Codd’s rules and certainly used tools like Erwin.
Should be able to take initiatives with limited hand-holding, be a clear thinker, fine communication and the ability to get the job done on time with absolutely no follow-ups.
