Job Description
Handling the customer’s queries and complaints and providing them with complete solution. Managing office, documentation, correspondence and coordination with all other departments of business.Maintaining records of all the correspondence (incoming and outgoing courier/mail).  Daily administrative work and ensuring proper documentation.  Dealing with telephone and fax enquiries and e-mails  Creating and maintaining filing system.Handling inquires and queries over the phone.  Major Projects handled:Job profile was to call up the customers all over India and collect all the required information and was awarded with the excellence reward for the best coordinator.

Desired Candidate Profile
Data Analysis and preparing different MIS reports on daily basis
> Handling the customer's queries and complaints and providing them with complete solutions.
> Responsible for safe custody of agreements and other confidential documents.
> Managing office, documentation, correspondence and coordination with all other departments of business.Coordination amongst the team members, Manager and Associate vice president regarding all the process requirements/issues.
> Preparation, finalisation and release of the Minutes of various meetings. All follow ups for timely actions, on decision taken.
> Making reports about the team's performance on weekly basis.All the MIS and report generation work to be done as per the process requirements. To make sure that all the issues of the customers are resolved timely.Providing back office support to the sales team by profiling and managing the database.
