HR- Technical Recruiter

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for full life cycle of Recruitment process.
- Understanding the client’s needs &processing the deliverables within a stipulated time frame.
- Should have a good communication Skills & Confident enough to handle the clients
- Interviewing the candidates according to the requirements.
- Sourcing suitable candidates according to the requirement.
- Sourcing the right talent using different Job Sites/ Portals, Employee Referral Schemes, Recruitment agencies and personal contacts.

Candidate Profile:
The Candidate Should have the full knowledge of IT Recruitment, as we need only EXPERIENCED CANDIDATES with exp. of min. 6 to 1.6 Yrs in IT Recruitment
Should have worked in Different technologies and good knowledge of the same (Should be a troubleshooter)
Candidate should be willing to work in South Delhi.

Should be having a good communication skills (very Imp.)
