Responsibilities of the Call Centre Excecutive:

Customer Service
Handling outbound calls; US Outbound Process / Inbound customer service (for Universities / High Schools in the US)Counseling students in the US
Walk-In for International Voice Process at (Night Shift only).

Desired Candidate Profile

Call Centre/BPO experience in Voice Process would be preferred
Plus 2 / HSC, Undergraduates, Graduates
