1. General Manager (Marketing): Mechanical Engineer, preferably an MBA, with 15-20 years experience in the field of marketing Cement Plant Machinery, Coal Handling Systems for Thermal Power Plants, Bulk Material Handling Equipment, Heavy Engineering Equipment and Machinery and other Process Plants.
2. Mechanical Design Engineers: BE (Mech)/ Diploma Holders with a minimum of 6 and 10 years experience respectively in design and development in the field of Cement Plant Machinery, Bulk Handling Systems and Steel Plants.
3. Finance Manager: Degree in B.Com and above, with 10/12 years experience in a responsible position handling and controlling Project Accounts in Heavy Engineering Company.

Job Description
This position is responsible for create technical designs and documentation of components of Electrical/electronics systems for automotive/Construction Equipment .
• Generates 3D models & Layouts using CAD systems, with clearly defined tasks after studying the product profile requirements.
• Produces solid models of aggregates in pro-E, Pro Cabling, Pro piping, , Generates drawings and bill of material.
• Defines and develops packaging design features to improve functionality and overall product performance meeting serviceability and manufacturability requirements.
• Prepares project documentation, Product life cycle related data entry.
• Meets all planned dates, their respective schedules and product acceptance targets for the project
• Understand basic manufacturing processes and shop capabilities
• Must have hands on knowledge of Pro-cable, drafting and assembly, detail drawing using Pro-E and windchill.
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience:
• 2 or more years experience in packaging of Auto electrical/electronic components using ProE
• Good knowledge of wiring harness design and packaging including component selection.
Key deliverables / Performance measures :
• Must have knowledge of drg standards, Tolerance stack up, GD&T.
• Knowledge of applicable standards, material selection, DFMEA, DFM, DFA, DTC is desirable.
• Takes basic design concepts, as directed by an Engineer, developing them and turning them into documentation than can be manufactured into the finished product. Will coordinate drafting effort of detail drawings.
• Candidates with OEM design experience in heavy/off-road / automotive and other heavy industries. experience preferred
Specific desirable experiences/ preferred knowledge areas:
Strong CAD skills in ProE & windchill
