Job Description
Our client is a rapidly growing software development company having very successful software implementations in many state governments in the USA. The client is now in the advanced stage of developing an ERP solution for all most all verticals of business which is to be marketed globally. Hence the company is a product oriented and not project oriented organization. Selected candidates will be involved in coding / developing the ERP modules.
While the client wants freshers , It was found that there was a gap between curriculum and the skill needed for the job and thus the client has asked us to select candidates , train and send them for placement. Hence, we will be adopting the following recruitment method.

• Walk – in

Test - from 7th Jan to 9th Jan between 9.30 AM to 5.30 PM
• Personal Interview for Selection for training – 9th & 10th Jan 09
• Job oriented Intensive Training in C, Algorithms and Linux for 2 weeks
• Number of candidates to be selected for training Limited to 35 candidates
• Pattern of Training - Lectures 40%,Lab 30% & Desk work 30%
• Training date : 19th Jan to 31st Jan 09
• Training period - 2 weeks, 6 days a week, 8 hrs a day
