General responsibilities includes but not limited to answering and screening telephone calls, taking messages, ensuring couriers are sent on time, tracking them.
Ensure faxes, photocopying and mail distribution is carried out in an efficient timely manner so that information is available as required.
Effectively Handling the Walk In clients and guests.
Handling entire logistics of the Office.
Maintenance of Office Facilities includes but not be limited to Pantry Management,Admin staff management.Overall office co-ordination.
Supervision of Timesheets.
